Client testimonials are a way for businesses to demonstrate the quality of the products and services they provide. The use of videos adds power and authenticity which a simple, written narrative struggles to deliver.
In the examples provided here, two of the testimonials were captured on the client’s site. This approach further reinforce the testimonial’s authenticity and a client may feel more comfortable in front of the camera on their own ‘territory’.
The role of the videographer is as much about making the client feel comfortable, confident and at ease as it is about to setting up the shot and ensuring correct lighting and sound.
