Zest places great emphasis on its ‘Field to Fork’ ethos, using fresh locally sourced products in its dishes wherever possible. Zest wanted to emphasize how flexible it was in terms of adapting to client requirements, and the variety of functions and events it catered for.

Capturing the breadth of Zest’s offer in a single day of filming. Commercial kitchens are busy at the best of times – without having a video team added into the equation! Working unobtrusively in a dinner party environment to capture client testimonials.

The first part of the day was spent in Zest’s purpose-built kitchen capturing the attention to detail they put into food preparation. We visited the local butcher to show ‘Field to Fork’ in action. At night we filmed at a Zest client’s dinner party, capturing testimonials and the atmosphere that Zest helped to create for the hosts.
